I am a senior commercial leader who brings together commercial instinct, analytical rigour and the ability to build high-performing teams. Most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at Snugg, I led the full commercial function — spanning sales, partnerships, product strategy and customer experience.

I built and scaled partnerships with major financial institutions and energy companies, led a strategic pivot from traditional retrofit to electrification, and shaped the commercial model in a complex regulated market. Before Snugg, I spent seven years leading PA Consulting's Life & Pensions practice, and held P&L and strategy roles at Scottish Widows.

I am now available for CCO roles at ambitious scale-ups, or for fractional commercial leadership where senior expertise is needed without the full-time commitment.
